Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Just return the unused product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and intention to return the item, and we will provide you with a Brisbane-based delivery address. Once we receive the item in its pre-purchased condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used to purchase the item. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Delivery costs will only be refunded in the event of a faulty or damaged item.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase and a photo of the product’s defect or damage. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with a Brisbane-based return address. Once we receive the faulty or damaged product within 14 days, we will either repair or replace the item and send it back to you at no extra cost. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue a full refund for the product and delivery.
