Our worry dolls are sourced through Novica and are made by the Lopez Garcia Family in Guatemala. Working with cotton on the traditional floor loom, the talented artisans hand-weave the colourful dresses of each distinct worry doll. This cute little doll carrying a heart comes with its own little storage pouch. Hand-crafted item — colours will vary slightly. Each one is different.

According to the legend, the Maya princess Ixmucane received a gift from the sun god, making her able to solve any person’s problem. Later, people began creating dolls with whom they'd share their problems. They've become very popular.

I bought 2 Worry Dolls with Hearts. There are lots of Worry Dolls on the internet but I chose these because the eyes were friendlier, and the quality was good. They don’t disappoint.
